Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospects and generating leads through Online & Off line Promotions
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Attending Site visits with prospective clients
  • Keep tracking the prospective leads and maintaining customer relationship
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and team to close the prospective leads and achieve best results
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to Customers.
  • Participating in sales team meetings

Qualification:

Assitant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participating in Offline and Online Promotions
  • Identifying sales possibilities and developing sales tactics
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Attending sales meetings and training courses on a regular basis
  • Keep tracking the prospective leads and maintaining customer relationship
  • Provide periodic reports to team manager on sales operations
  • Achieving monthly/annual sales targets
  • Maintain relationship with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Two wheeler is must
  • Negotiation Skills: well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
  • Communication Skills: should be adept at interacting with property sellers, prospective buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Planning strategies to achieve Monthly sales targets
  • Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales
  • Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
  • Working on sales scripts with agents
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Two wheeler must
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or management is also necessary to apply to the position

  • Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several projects and mediate between company and clients.
